About Fast Track
We are a clearance and waste removal firm based on Ropery Road in Gateshead. We clear houses, offices, gardens and single loads of rubbish across Tyne and Wear, and we have done it long enough to know that most people ringing us are having a difficult week.
How we work
You send photographs, a person looks at them, and you get one fixed price for the whole job. We do not give instant prices from a calculator because a photograph tells us things a form never will, such as whether a sofa will come down the stairs. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
We do the carrying
Most councils will collect from the kerb, and they will not come inside. That is the part we do. We carry everything out of any room in the house, including upper flats, lofts, garages and sheds, and we leave the property empty.
What happens to your things
Anything still in good condition is donated where we can find a home for it. Everything else goes to a licensed waste site where it is sorted for recycling. We are a registered waste carrier, number CBDU523317, and our licence is Upper Tier, which is the level the law requires to carry waste that belongs to somebody else. You can check it on the Environment Agency register from any page on this site.
Clearing after a death
A lot of our work is for families settling an estate, and for solicitors dealing with probate. You do not have to be there on the day. Tell us where to collect the keys, and if we find photographs, letters, jewellery or paperwork we stop and put them to one side for you.

Couldn't fault the team, from arrival they were quick and efficient. We had some old furniture and found some left at the new property that they took away to dispose of at a reasonable rate. Would 100% recommend.
